The basis of all our products

The basis of the MS-Q fire extinguishing technology is micro encapsulated gaseous fire extinguishing agents

and fire-fighting products made on their basis.


When heated above 120 C° or exposed to flame,

microcapsules are destroyed and pulsed release gaseous

fire extinguishing agents, which interrupt the kinetic chains

of the combustion process and completely stop the fire in the protected volume in a few seconds.

• complete safety for people and the environment


Thermoactive microcapsules are insoluble. Therefore, they can be added to any aggressive environment, be it nitro paint, enamel, oil paint, water-emulsion paint, etc.

PERFLUORINATED CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS
Fluoroketones are synthetic organic substances that are a colorless liquid with a faint odor, do not conduct electricity, and are 1.6 times heavier than water.
Fluoroketones, getting into the flame area, instantly change from a liquid to a gaseous
state, without entering into chemical reactions, preventing short circuits due to
their dielectric properties, actively absorb the thermal energy of the fire. Suppression
of the fire is carried out due to the cooling effect (70%), as well as the chemical reaction
of flame inhibition (30%)

Efficient heat absorption reduces the level of exposure of people to toxic
combustion products
Fluoroketones are easily destroyed in the upper atmosphere under the influence of
ultraviolet radiation. They are removed from the environment within 5 days

MS-Q FIRE PLATES
Autonomous fire extinguishing device MS-Q
The plate consists of heat-activated microcapsules with a gas extinguishing
agent (FK-5-1-12), enclosed in a gas-permeable
polymer matrix and an adhesive layer for attaching the plates.
The small dimensions of the MS-Q Plates allow them to be installed in places closest to the source of a possible fire (contact groups, clusters of wires, electrical equipment, etc.),
preventing the occurrence and development of a fire at an early stage in volumes of up to 65 liters.
When exposed to flame or heated to the response temperature of the MS-Q Plates,
the microcapsules are destroyed and pulsed release a gas extinguishing agent,
which knocks down the flame, breaks the kinetic chains of the combustion process, creating an environment that does not support combustion and immediately stops the fire in a small volume.

We offer unique thermoactive microcapsules that can be added to any existing paint to create a fire extinguishing coating. Our microcapsules are specially designed to effectively prevent fires. When the temperature rises to 120 degrees, they break down and release gas that instantly extinguishes the flame.


Although we do not produce our own paints, our microcapsules are easily integrated into any paint and varnish materials, providing easy application and reliable protection for various surfaces: from metal and plastic to wood and concrete structures.
